Associate - Japanese Bilingual

About the role:

We are seeking an Associate to focus on campaign targeting ideation, execution, and optimization for Client Accounts. In this role, you will play a major part in supporting the growth of existing partnerships and maximizing relationships with some of the world’s largest international companies.

We are looking for a detail orientated person who is organized and has effective written and verbal communication skills. You should have a real passion for mobility and client service, and be able to execute in the fast paced environment. This is a highly collaborative role, which works across internal teams and has a high level of external customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Handle client payroll related duties

• Handle client accounting related duties

• Prepare supporting documentation and post journal entries

• Conduct orientation

• Perform assigned projects

• Work with integrity and demonstrate the values of DaVinci through your interactions with colleagues and clients

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience

• Ability to read, write and communicate professionally in Japanese and English

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word

• Flexible, startup mindset, and ability to operate within a very dynamic, fast-paced work environment

• Strong academic credentials, BA/BS or equivalent required.
